When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, and your message. Analytics Data
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These tools collect pages visited and time spent on pages, referring website or source, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address, which is anonymised), and general interaction data (clicks, scrolls).
This data is collected in aggregate form and is not used to identify individual visitors. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-CJ3CRGVNRM) for visitor statistics and Vercel Analytics for website performance monitoring.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment or financial information, government identification numbers, health or biometric data, login credentials (we have no user accounts), or data from children or minors.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Contact form (name, email, message): To respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: consent — by submitting the form, you consent to us processing your data to respond.
- Email capture (email address): To send you the information or updates you requested. Legal basis: consent — by submitting your email, you consent to receiving communications from us.
- Analytics data: To monitor website performance and improve user experience. Legal basis: statistical purposes exemption under PECR (as amended by the Data Use and Access Act 2025) for analytics cookies; legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for the underlying processing — our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used and improving it.
Analytics: Further Detail
Our use of analytics cookies falls within the statistical purposes exemption introduced by the Data Use and Access Act 2025 (amending PECR Regulation 6). This means we use analytics data solely to collect aggregate statistics about website usage. We do not use analytics data to identify, track or monitor individual visitors. We do not use analytics data for advertising or marketing purposes. Google Analytics advertising features are disabled. Analytics data is not shared with or pooled by Google for other purposes.
You can opt out of analytics tracking at any time (see Section 7 below).
4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We share your data only with the following third-party service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Resend (Resend, Inc.) — Email delivery for contact form and email capture submissions. Data shared: name, email address, message content. Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: UK Standard Contractual Clauses with UK Addendum.
- Google (Google LLC) — Website analytics via Google Analytics. Data shared: anonymised usage data, cookies, truncated IP address. Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: UK-US Data Bridge (Data Privacy Framework).
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — Website hosting and performance analytics. Data shared: anonymised usage data, IP address (for routing). Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: UK Standard Contractual Clauses with UK Addendum.
International Transfers
Some of our third-party processors are based in the United States. We ensure that your data is protected when transferred internationally by relying on the UK-US Data Bridge (the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), where the processor is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where the processor is not DPF-certified.
These mechanisms are recognised by the UK Government and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as providing adequate safeguards for international data transfers.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form submissions: Retained in our email inbox as business correspondence. Deleted when no longer needed for the purpose of our correspondence or any resulting business relationship, and in any event no longer than 2 years from last contact.
- Email capture submissions: Retained in our email inbox. You may request removal at any time by contacting us.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics: retained for 14 months (Google's default retention period for standard analytics data). Vercel Analytics: retained in accordance with Vercel's standard data retention policy.

Our Approach to Cookie Consent
Our analytics cookies are used solely for statistical purposes — to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as amended by the Data Use and Access Act 2025, cookies used solely for statistical purposes are exempt from the requirement to obtain prior consent, provided that the data collected is aggregate and does not identify individuals, we provide clear information about the cookies (this privacy statement), we offer you a simple way to opt out (see below), and the data is not used for advertising or shared for other purposes.
We have configured Google Analytics accordingly: advertising features are disabled, IP anonymisation is enabled, and data is not shared with Google for its own purposes.

- Browser setting: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

Opting out of analytics will not affect your ability to use this website.

- Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure — You can ask us to delete your personal data where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing it.

We do not charge a fee to exercise your rights unless your request is clearly unfounded or excessive. In such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with the request.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
- Website: ico.org.uk
- Telephone: 0303 123 1113
- Post: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF
