Email Capture Form

When you submit your email address through our updates form, we collect your email address. This is sent to us as a notification via Resend. It is not stored in a database on our website or servers.

Analytics Data

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These tools collect pages visited and time spent on pages, referring website or source, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address, which is anonymised), and general interaction data (clicks, scrolls).

This data is collected in aggregate form and is not used to identify individual visitors. We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-CJ3CRGVNRM) for visitor statistics and Vercel Analytics for website performance monitoring.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment or financial information, government identification numbers, health or biometric data, login credentials (we have no user accounts), or data from children or minors.

  • Email capture (email address): To send you the information or updates you requested. Legal basis: consent — by submitting your email, you consent to receiving communications from us.
  • Analytics data: To monitor website performance and improve user experience. Legal basis: statistical purposes exemption under PECR (as amended by the Data Use and Access Act 2025) for analytics cookies; legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for the underlying processing — our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used and improving it.

Our use of analytics cookies falls within the statistical purposes exemption introduced by the Data Use and Access Act 2025 (amending PECR Regulation 6).   • Google (Google LLC) — Website analytics via Google Analytics. Data shared: anonymised usage data, cookies, truncated IP address. Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: UK-US Data Bridge (Data Privacy Framework).
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — Website hosting and performance analytics. Data shared: anonymised usage data, IP address (for routing). Location: United States. Transfer safeguard: UK Standard Contractual Clauses with UK Addendum.

International Transfers

Some of our third-party processors are based in the United States. We ensure that your data is protected when transferred internationally by relying on the UK-US Data Bridge (the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), where the processor is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where the processor is not DPF-certified.

These mechanisms are recognised by the UK Government and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as providing adequate safeguards for international data transfers.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Contact form submissions: Retained in our email inbox as business correspondence. Deleted when no longer needed for the purpose of our correspondence or any resulting business relationship, and in any event no longer than 2 years from last contact.
  • Email capture submissions: Retained in our email inbox. You may request removal at any time by contacting us.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics: retained for 14 months (Google's default retention period for standard analytics data). Vercel Analytics: retained in accordance with Vercel's standard data retention policy.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the website function properly and provide information to the website operators.

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. It collects anonymised performance data without storing information on your device.

Our Approach to Cookie Consent

Our analytics cookies are used solely for statistical purposes — to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
